Why do I have lower right side back pain?
For a few days now, I have been experiencing lower right quadrant back pain (no pain in the front). It is a dull, nagging pain that is constant and does not decrease with medication or rest. I am currently menstruating (as I type this), have been diagnosed with IBS, have hypothyroidism. I have no health insurance and limited income so going to the dr. is a last resort option for me. When I was much, much younger (I am 34 and overweight now), I had many, many, many UTI's and kidney infections but have not had one for at least 20 years or more. There are no other symptoms.. no bloody urine, etc.
Any ideas what the problem could be??
