I thought a 504 educated children who were ill. I have heard of in-hospital 504 plans.

Do you teach in the US?

I'm sure you know that Stage 3 is manageable. What does your Nephrologist say?

A 504 plan provides reasonable accommodations for adults and children. What accommodations do you need? For instance, do you need ramps or special devices to teach? Have you asked your employer? If you are in the U.S. you can use the same information packet presented to your students' parents to contact the necessary agencies for help.
