So I am going between IE 7 and FireFox - Aerofox and all of the sudden I notice that in Google the search button text ,search results text, even what I am typing now is green. I check my Yahoo email and the message text. I type into a Google search box it's green !
I am going nuts, How do I change it ?

Try going to Tools -> Options -> Content. There you can choose the default font, font size, and color.

Tried this before, doesn't do it .

When I posted the screenshot reviewed the post the text showed up black!! So I reloaded drivers for video and cked out the color control in video card program.
Things got reset and I think that the onboard video is not much to boast about a geForce mpc73, Can't even get updated drivers for it (old) So guessI'm buying an ATI card as they have been good for me.
