My phone is stadtcky please help me

Since this is under landline phones, I will assume this is a wired phone in your home.

Have you tried using another phone, to see if it is the phone?

Are there other outlets in home? Have you tried them?

If not, it is possible there is an issue in the wiring, or at a terminal box of the phone company. Once you know it is not your phone, you will have to call a repair person to check the lines
