Hello...

I am currently studying here in philippines... and I plan to get tourist visa on November to visit my friend in New Mexico USA in December (christmas vacation).. is it possible that I can get a tourist visa? I am sure I will be back here in philippines though coz' I have still classes to continue and for my graduation... and is $2500 in my bank account enough to show them my ties?

There are quotas as far as how many they will issue... so you need to apply before you buy tickets... in case they reject your application or it takes a lot longer than you expect.

Oh okay thank you.. regarding with money you have is it a need you have that big amount to show them you afford to stay there? Or usually it is also depends on your intentions?
