When will I receive my usps W2 statemeny

Employers are required to issue W-2's by the end of January. If you have not received yours I suggest you call the HR or payroll department to ask about it. Many employers provide on-line access to W-2's, often through a third party payroll vendor such as ADP - are you sure USPS isn't doing this?
