    LTD company no income now, retained earnings $50,000, Receivables $52000. Rec's being
    Small Ltd. Company. No income, want to close company, Retained earnings $50,000. Receivables $52,000.00. Collecting receivables slowly.

    Question, Can I issue a T5 for dividends payable and take out of retained earnings until retained earning are zero and the company is then closed ?
