My boyfriend got arrested and he is on parole ,they said it is pending investigation. When he tells his parole officer will then put him in jail ? Or will they wait util they actually charge him? I really appreciate any and all help asap because we need to get ready. I thank you ahead of your help! We live in hi. How was he "arrested" but not charged ? He was arrested and then released without charges being filed ?

Normally they wait till a person is charged, normally you are charged when you are arrested ?

It is up to the PO, his health normally is not considered
