There are more deeply seated issues here than merely passing or failing this one test..

Well for me, I'm just concerned about this one test

Well for me, I'm just concerned about this one test. I had a couple of standard drinks within an hour. I weigh 200lbs and in decent shape, hadn't eaten much food. I shouldn't have done it but I did.

Probable fail after 36 hours. But you will find out, possibly to your dismay!

It would help knowing the cut off levels for these tests because it's a big difference if the ones ordering the test have an allowable level of detection guideline, or zero tolerance. Why are you being tested is my question, is it the law or an employer ordering this test?

I think there will be some detection but cannot guess if it's enough to pass or fail. Since this is under criminal law can we assume this is court ordered? If so, hope for the best, but prepare for the worst, and refer to your signed agreement with the court as to the possible outcomes, and consequences. There is likely a process to verify a fail, that may work in your favor if you abstain from drinking going forward.

Good luck, and learn from this.
