Skillfully is an adverb. Adroit is an adjective. Now what can you do?

Can you turn an adjective into an adverb? If so, how? And will the sentence still sound correct? (I don't like the sentence with skillfully in it....), or is there a better way to word the sentence when using adroit?

I know your won't I don't need you to. I just need to find something that fits. I have to use one of my vocab words and I want to use Adroit in this one but I need to reword it or something because its not sounding right.
