I'm adopted but I want to be put back into foster care

Tell us more. When were you in foster care? When were you adopted? How old for both? What's bad about adoption?

You were adopted... its not your choice to make. These are your new parents....they aren't foster parents.

When you are 18, you can go anywhere you wish...and you will be required to support yourself as an adult.

At the adoption hearing, if you were old enough, normally the judge will talk to you. But you are adopted and no, you do not go back to foster care.

If you were with foster parents you talk to your case worker to ask to be put with another family. But if you were adopted, then your parents are your legal parents. Unless they are being abusive, its unlikely you will be removed.
