It's a basic cheesy kid's movie. It's an animation and It's main characters happen to be Lions. Mostly what I remember is that The King switches places with his 'twin'. The King is a really brash and loud character while his 'twin' is rather sweet natured and happens to paint birds as his career choice. He gets bullied into switching with the king and having to act like him for a time... and given his character anyone can see that this will most likely never work... and about the only other thing I can remember is that at some point The King is in a cage and he is not happy about it...

If anyone can tell me the name of this I'll be thankful. I know that when I'm told the title I'm going to smack myself for forgetting it it in the first place.
