First there was the fraudulent Trump University which Colludin' Donald had to pay $25 million to settle.

Now it's the equally fraudulent Trump Foundation that the New York Attorney General is suing.

This "charitable" organization raised $3 million from the public for US Veterans which he diverted to his election campaign.

Then there were the false reports to the IRS, illegal contributions ($25,000) from the Foundation to support a Republican candidate for office in Florida, Campaign Manager Corey Lewandowski giving tax-free Foundation money to the Iowa Republican campaign, $20,000 for a portrait he commissioned for himself paid by the Foundation, $258,000 to pay off his business debts - this and much more the AG called "wilful and knowing" by Trump.

The NY AG suit is civil. As the IRS gets the information from NY, their action will almost certainly be criminal. It will include Donald and his three adult children and the contributors - all who conspired to use the charitable donations to further Trump's presidential campaign.

The contributors is a new twist. Big dollar donations going to a charity are not supposed to go to an election campaign - the law couldn't be more clear about this. Plus the contributed dollars are tax-deductible. Those deducted taxes are the property of the government. That's theft if in fact the contributors did deduct them, which they probably did. More work for the lawyers.

Trump's handling of the Foundation's money was so outrageously illegal that it provides an insight into the mind of this man who thinks he can do no wrong.

If they can't get him one way they will another, Tax Evasion, well it will be difficult to prove if, as Trump said, his foundation gave away more than it collected, don't know how you do that unless there was a lot of Trump money flowing in to it and out of it. Announcing his investigation was over, chiding her for being sloppy with her emails and reopening the investigation publicly before the election wasn't help her but it sure sparked the Dufus to greater heights. He should have gave Comey a bonus for helping him win the election.

This seems somewhat askew to me, Downer was a leader in the conservative Liberal Party and a former Prime Ministerial contender so getting into bed with your Democrats is placing him on the wrong side of politics but I can understand him wanting to fight AIDS as his behaviour at times makes you think he might play for the other side.

I can understand the money flow 2007 to 2012 when the government was in the hands of Labor and on the same political side as your Democrats. Cultivating Obama/Clinton would be expected, and it may have continued without thought on the part of the public service.
