My nipples have been sore for about a week and am about a week and a half late , took a test and says I am NOT pregnant and also had my tubes tide 5 years ago after a c-section

There are lots of things which can cause a late or missed period, and sore nipples. If you have put on or lost weight, it's very possible that your bra is not fitting you properly now and this will cause sore nipples. It could also cause a late period.

Sometimes a tubal pregnancy doesn't show up on a test. If your really concerned go see your ob just to rule that out.

What kind of test is performed in connection with a tubal?

A ultrasound is the only way to know for sure
