When I access DI-524 for configuration firstly it appers Run Wizard screen and next ask for user name and password. The status light is not blinking neither on. Can not connect to Internet. Wireless connection is OK.

Try:
Admin / password
Admin / admin
Admin / 1234
Admin / 12345

If it doesn't work then the password was changed. You can reset it by holding the reset button for a few seconds.
NOTE - Only do this if it is your personal unit, if it is a unit at your place of work or so, you might bring down the network.
