I'm 18 years old and I've missed my period for the last two months. I'm also experiencing stomach aches in the night everyday since last week. I have unusual sleeping patterns too. I know I'm not pregnant. What do you think it is? Should I be concerned?

How do you know you aren't pregnant? Haven't been near a guy? Or you took a test recently?
