Will my skin sag after weight lose? How to prevent it?
I am 20 year's old and currently weigh 198. I am only 5'4 and have a medium frame. I used to weigh 225 but lost weight due to depression. My skin doesn't sag right now, other then my stomach a little bit.
I want to lose at least 40-50 pounds. I don't want to be super skinny or anything, I just want to be healthy and toned and happy.

My question being, will my skin sag a lot/a little/at all if I lose the 40-50 pounds? Is there any way I can prevent it?
I really wouldn't be able to afford any type of re-constructive surgery if I did have a lot of sagging, so, I'd prefer something natural...

    Please help. ):

    smoothy

Slow and steady weight reduction will give time for the skin to react better than a rapid loss would.

Luckily you are only 20... your skin is still very elastic. You will be less likely to have that problem than someone twice your age or more would have.
