From last two days I am unable to receive/send any email from my MSN account

Are you logged in? I don't understand can't receive/send emails. What does the error say? Are you locked out of the account? You can try to delete your browser history/cache/cookies and try to log in again. Or, Log in to your account using a different browser, computer or phone. If you are using a phone app, uninstall and then reinstall. Or go to phone settings then click "apps" find the MSN app and click it, then click storage and then click clear cache. Restart app then log in again. If I had more information I could be more specific like what exactly can't you do, i.e. log in, compose email, email won't send. Contact MSN via twitter or face book with the problem, or the contact us page on the website. Or use a different different email account and email them you problem.

Open the landing page http://account.live.com and click "forgot your password."
In the newly opened page, enter the account ID and the characters in the picture you see.
Select "send reset password instructions to my e-mail", enter the mailbox to receive instructions, click OK. At this point, the system sends instructions to the mailbox to revise the password.
