My husband and I have been married for two years and trying to have a baby for one year. We are not having any luck and are trying to find an adoption situation. First off... see a fertility specialist. The reasons for being unable to get pregnant vary from couple to couple. As you have a biological child, probability says that you should be able to conceive. Are you focusing on getting pregnant too much?

As far as adoption goes... one does not just "solicit" babies. Anyone considering adoption for their child these days is going to go through a lawyer or an angency or both, mainly because there is more likelihood of being able to stay in contact with their child (open adoption) without the adoptive parents being able to 'renege" on the promises they make to get a child.
