Is it safe to use whitening products or astringent while breastfeeding?

Are main ingredients peroxide in the whitener and benzoyl peroxide in the astringent? If so, both are considered safe while breastfeeding... just best to use minimally, normal use. Are other ingredients listed?

It will depend on which ones, what level of chemicals, Some are not safe others will be.
