    Excema and dairy
My year old son has bad excema, and I have heard dairy doesn't help. I can't cut out dairy as calcium is very vital for him. Is there a supplement at all?

There are plenty of alternative (and sometimes surprising) sources for calcium. Soy milk actually contains a significant amount of calcium. Other good sources include green leafy vegetables, seaweeds, and sesame seeds (and consequently anything containing tahini).
