Why does my ears get real red and burn like they are on fire and when it does my head hurts like sharp pains going threw my brain. It has been happening about 4 to 5 times a day

Whether you have to is something only you can decide. You won't find answers online, no one can diagnose online. So if this is bothering you, or you're concerned, your only answer is to see your doctor.

I find a lot of debate online about whether or not red ears is a serious symptom or not, but sharp pain through the brain--?? None of us particularly enjoy going to the Dr. sounds like you should anyhow. How old are you?
