    Lavender
I have a few different varieties of lavender plants in my garden and bought one this past summer that has not produced blossoms, but the foliage is quite fragrant. Do I have a regular un-named lavender plant, as I bought it, it didn't have a name on it, or just a mongrel :) lavender plant. I really don't mind because I can smell the fragrance on approaching it, more so then the ones that have flowers.

Any info would be greatly appreciated my dear fellow members.

Are you over loving your lavendar? Too much water or too much fertilizer will kill the bloom (or so my mother used to say). It needs to have good drainage and low humidity, too.

Emland, thank you so much for answering. Our climate in eastern Ontario is wonderful for lavender, but have not been overdoing either water or fertilizer.
So will see come spring what happens to the plants.
