See above... G 5500 SEEMS FROZEN. Cord won't pull

Could be seized engine or jammed pull starter. Remove the oil cap on the bottom side and check for oil. This is a 4 stroke engine with separate fuel and oil systems. If you remove the pull starter, you can try to turn the engine through the flywheel.
