My gmail was hacked from the following IP Addresses, but they don't appear to be normal IP's. Does anyone know what this means or how to trace the general location of these IP's?

Those are all IPv6 addresses.

If Gmail is a web based service hosted in the cloud how were you able to get an IP address of someone 'hacking' your account? Are those IPs the ones you see in a header of an email?

You can research address allocations using the WHOIS search feature of the regional authority for address allocation in your area. For the U.S. the American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN) manages allocation. The first address in your list is allocated to Comcast. The other addresses can be searched using the WHOIS search feature at the top right of the homepage of ARIN's website.
