I am very active and workout 3 days a week with weights. Yesterday about an hour after working out my inner right leg went numb. Friends have suggested seeing a chiropractor or massage therapist. I was thinking orthopedic but have read maybe a neurologist. I have a very physical job and have been doing a crossfit style workout for about a year and have never had this problem. I'm thinking the problem is in my hips because they pop (no pain) during some exercises. I usually take supplements for this but I haven't been consistent with them since the holidays. Any suggestions?
