The ones who are evil are the ones who say he's good.

I'm not quite sure that I get it. I'm kind of dense. Would you mind explaining it? I always enjoy a good laugh! It would make sense that the ones who are evil are the ones who say he's good, since they would be on the side of evil and would want evil to continue.
