Woohoo f4u!! Did you catch the canoe races last night? Rob Bell, now that was nice..

I did it was great!

I just watched Eamon Sullivan in the 100 freestyle Semi Final and he got a WR. Looking forward to watching Leisel this afternoon , hopefully another GOLD!! :)

What sweet victory for Eamon... and Leisel, ain't she something special... GOING FOR GOLD!! Yeahh!! :)

And Stephanie Rice just won her 2nd GOLD for the 200m IM

And isn't she happy

Trying to work out today's schedule... Eamon is competing for gold in the men's 100m freestyle final today at 10:46am (our time or Beijing time?? ) Any idea?

That's actually China time FP , this link is pretty good for telling AEST , and you can choose by sport as well if you like. Sullivans 100m Final is 12.49 our time.
