I fell off my bike 9 days ago. Since then IV taking 2xrays. Shows no breaks/fractures. There is a lot of yellow bruising. But on my right side of ankle still purple bruising and swelling. Tender to the touch. My doctor says to do flexing exercises to restrengthen it. Pretty painful. I HV been off work I really need to get bk to work. What kind of time frame am I looking at to be able to walk on it again?
