On Ask Me told me how to block it. I did and it was fine until today

How can I permanently get rid of this. I don't go into it but each time
It appears it erases my password and I have to retype it

My suggestion is to do a Restore to a week ago or before when it started.
That has always worked better for me than malware and adware killing software.
Go into your Control Panel to find System Restore and chose a day.
You won't lose much.

And change ANY password you have been using!

Sending stuff to spam may require many attempts as all spammers have to do is use a different email address to send the same message. I get those from marketers and advertisers all the time, so I am quite sure scammers and thieves use the same tactic. Same with phone calls from phishers and scammers, you have to be very vigilante and as relentless as they are.

Wouldn't hurt to review your computers security settings either, including your firewall and antivirus updates.
