I recently had a dream an old lady was trying to cut me when she caught me she took needles and cut deep into my back moving them up and down my back. What does that mean?

Unless this is some reoccurring dream... I wouldn't worry about it having a meaning.

Seriously though, dreams are just dreams, they're your imagination, not real, and usually don't have any meaning.

I'd chalk it up to a bad dream, and forget about it.
