Why does my ear feel clogged, but it doesn't hurt. I also feel dizzy
Ok my husband woke up on Monday with his ear clogged, another thing he doesn't have any pain just ringing. It is Wednsday and all of a sudden today he started feeling dizzy. I am kind of worried. He went to the doctor today and she said that both of his ears looked good.

I would get a second opinion.
Ask to be seen by an ent guy.Ear nose and throat.
They are better at their craft.

I think so to. So you think that you can have an ear infection even if it doesn't hurt?

Oh yes, and the same with a sinus infection, I get both at varying degrees and they sometimes cause dizziness along with some noise and a 'clogged' ear sensation.

So what do you do for it? I hate for him to get sick.

Most minor ear infections clear up on their own over time. He should still go to an ear/nose/throat specialist, if at all possible, to rule out anything more serious.

I agree, most of mine clear up on their own after a while. But occasionally I have to either take a shot or pill antibiotic to get rid of the infection.

It has been three days now for him, is he experiencing headaches of any kind?

I also agree with Artlady (Hi) and Hheath, go see an ENT soon, untreated infections can cause other serious problems.

Like hearing loss and damage to the delicate inner ear that could cause a loss of balance. Both conditions could be temporary or permanent. It's better to be safe than sorry.

I've had this problem and my ears appeared fine when they checked me out. They found that it was fluid building up in my ear drum from my allergies. They gave me allergy medicine and I haven't had that problem since.they prescribed a steroid and a vertigo medicine prior to figuring this out. Try an allergy doctor
