You should avoid contact with her as she is your employee and this behaviour would be the right thibg to do.

Avoid her... she needs this job or she wouldn't be doing it... don't mess up her life.

Sure you can fall in love with someone, that doesn't mean that it's OK for you to act on those feelings...

I am unsure of the law where you are but here you could end up going to jail for sexual harassment if you try to make a move on an employee.

Go out and find some new people to befriend, you might even find someone you like more who is more appropriate than your maid.

You do know there is a difference right? Do you two spend a lot of time together or does she just come and clean and a few words are exchanged while there and then she leaves. Try not to mess up what she has going. Unless it is what she wants, but don't use her for sex either. Perhaps this is just a fantasy of yours. Ya know, sex with the maid.

Infatuation isn't love... the girl has a job to do... let her do it without sexually harassing her. Maids don't make that much and they work hard for it. Give the girl a break and chase after someone that doesn't have getting fired if they aren'y nice in return in the back of their head.
