    I need the software for an Augen Eclipse so I can put music on it.
    I have no software for my Augen Eclipse. I tried to hook it up to my itunes and it didn't recognize it. What do I do now?

    I don't think that it can talk to your Itunes. You may only be able to transfer your files in one of the formats given. Itunes supports DSS so the files may be protected.
