How can I make sure it works out this time around?
    Hi,
I'm a 21 year old male and currently in a relationship with a 20 year old female, who I'll refer to as "E" for this thread.
I was in a relationship with "E" before, 5 years ago. We broke up and became best friends. At some point I realised that my feelings never went away and that I still loved her, so I told her how I felt.
We stopped talking for a while and then a few months later it was all fine, but I still had feelings for her.
About a month ago, some stuff happened and we got back together. I can honestly tell how happy she is and I feel so happy when I am with her. She has always been the love of my life. In fact, all of my past relationships were based on that specific relationship 5 years ago with her. I guess my feelings for her never really changed.
How can I make sure it works out this time around? There wasn't anything bad with our previous relationship to be honest, in fact we never argued or anything, we were perfect together
What can I do to appreciate this second chance? It all still feels like a dream, like it's not real, sometimes I can't even believe we're back together.
Is this normal? Should I just relax a bit? I feel like I haven't appreciated how important this is for me yet, like I'm not thankful enough for what happened. It feels uneasy.

    Thanks,
    Evsdropr
