How I can bring my wife to america but now I have only green card
My wife lives in north africa

I may be wrong, so someone please correct me if I am, but I believe the only legal way is for her to get her own green card, or for you or her to become a citizen.

Are you already an american citizen? If you are you can just petition her. Read the link below and consult an immigration lawyer.

If you are legally married, you have 2 options:

1. File I-130 now, but it will take 5-6 years for visa number to be available, OR
2. Wait until you become US citizen, then file I-130, it will take less than one year.

I recommend option 2... anything could happen in 5-6 years.
