You are informed by the Sales department that the company is going to launch a new product with quite high volume 3 months from now. What will you do to successfully launch this product?
Additional information:
Currently your team has 50 members, none of them knows how to handle the new product. Among them 10 are very senior editors, 25 are intermediate editors and the remaining 15 have just been recruited.
Below are some other departments in the company and their respective functions:
Quality Assurance team: Check all the edited photos to ensure they meet the requirements before sending to clients.
Sales team: Directly work with customers to get the latest sales forecast; then inform production department about the expected volume
