    Fingernail fungus
A man with severe fingernail fungus would like to date me. How likely am I to get this fungus either on my nails or some form on my skin? Would it be OK to date him or should I pass? What would you do?

Nail fungus Risk factors - Mayo Clinic

While there is a small risk or living with someone who has it.
Normally it will be treated but can return. So I will assume they are under doctor care for treatment of this.

But then going barefoot, swimming pools, gyms, locker rooms are also all places that put you at risk.

Toenails, too? He'll eventually lose his nails (after they curl up and out and hook onto things). It will never go away on its own.

He can soak his nails in Listerine 15-20 minutes at a time several times a day.
