    Building bookshelves
Oak veneer or plywood for the case with oak framing? Wanted to build some bookshelves in the movie room and some shelves in the workout room and study. Just wanted some insight from the experts on what is best to work with and if they have any links to pictures of units that could be made. I have all the equipment to build them but so far all I have made are cabinets out of 3/4 inch ply in my garage! I have never made good quality style bookshelves but would like to give it a try!

Using oak plywood with 3/4" oak face frame biscuit joined to the plywood makes a nice professional looking job.
