    I have three abandoned roads leading onto my land-------they have not ben in use for about thirty years---------may I legally travel them now?

    Your post seemed to be a new question, that you put onto someone else's post. I moved it here.

    It would help if you would tell us, does the abandoned road go though other peoples property, or are they city or state roads.

    If they go though other property you will have to see if there is a easement for these roads on the property of others.

    You need to check your specific state law - if you have maintained them, cleared, put down gravel and used them; then yes, you are probably OK.

    A title company can check deeds to proprties where roads are located to see if they/it is mentioned so that notice is given to those property owners that you have the right to travel them.
