My sons mother went to jail a yr ago. All we have was a court order against me to pay child support when she went away. I am out of work and the only place my son and I have to go is out of state to families house. I signed the birth certificate. This is the second time she's gone to jail. I filed child support against her 6 months ago and we go to court next month. She is getting out that month. I was just wondering what the laws with me taking off? She can not take care of him. She will fall again. I can't afford a lawyer. Please help.
