I saw this on the local ABC/CBS/NBC affiliate in Buffalo NY . Animated feature, late 1950s early '60s, a boy taken prisoner, they put a heated silver band around his head and toss him out in the snow, it cools, shrinks, he screams. I also remember there was a tiger in the story, it was set in the mountains in some Asian country. I've asked all over, no leads yet. Any help most appreciated. Thank you!
