    Chest fat
I'm 15 years old.im not fat at all but have a lot of chest fat. I began working out like 3 weeks ago and now I am doing jump ropes.I sweat a lot A LOT!! But hardley sweat around my chest area where I want the fat to be burned. I am still sweating in the other areas, does that still mean that I am burning the fat around my chest or not?any advice on how to burn the fat around my chest?

    Just a thought...
    Hey

If you are trying to target a specific area, like your chest, general exercise isn't the way to go. You would be getting gradually fitter by skipping, but that in no way is targeting where you want the fat to burn.

I would suggest going to a gym and getting someone to help you out, I would imagine the exercises where you start with your arms out, like a T, and then bring them in with weights (just can't think of the name right now! ) would help you tighten this area.

Hope this helps, and good luck.

    Chest fat
It would be great to lower the fat and tone up so the chest looks lean and firm however, losing fat from the chest can be one of the hardest places to reduce it from. For some people the chest and breast area is a common area where ample fat cells are found. We cannot reduce the numbers of fat cells when losing weight, instead the cells shrink as fat is reduced. Shrinking the fat cells is the only way we can lose fat effectively in the chest and breast area.
