Bleeding in early pregnancy can be common. In fact, it is estimated that 20-30% of women experience some bleeding in their first trimester. If it is just spotting, and brownish blood it may be nothing. Many women have bleeding in early pregnancy and go on to have healthy babies. Sometimes it is hormonal issues that cause you to have some bleeding. If it is extreme cramping accompanied by bright red blood or heavy flow/tissue passing through see a doctor immediately, as it could be a miscarriage. Best bet is to call your doctor and ask. It will help put your mind at ease.
You need to see a doctor immediately. This is a warning sign that your body is telling you. My wife had this issue with our third child. We saw a specialist and they set up a special program for her, as it turned out to be a hormone regulation problem. Everything ended up fine. I would really see your doctor as soon as possible.
It could be nothing or it can be a problem to play it safe you should see a doc.
Good luck
