Faulty Lexmark ink cartridge
On opening the inside foil packet of a genuine Lexmark 100XL cyan ink cartridge, I found it full of liquid blue ink. All over my hands, my desk, and the paperwork thereon. I can't return it to the point of purchase and calls to Lexmark tech-support seem to result in a minimum wait of more than 30 minutes--no matter what time I call. Despite the obvious fact that these little things are expensive (and purchased in a "multi-color three-pack"!), I think they have some kind of duty to make right the damage that their faulty product has caused. Anyone have any ideas?
