    No
I do have access to a canon troubleshooting line
Its only as good as the tech on the other end
But they have access to all that ,it's a paid for line for canon techs so
    Yep it's a perk
But I would need to dig like I said
    I'm currently out of town
All my cheat sheets are back at home

    I do and I don't
I worked on canons in 98-01
Like I said the analogs if I was on this call and getting PAID
I could access fellow tech and I have a canon paid for troubleshooting line I could go to
I'm following the post and I can see what I can do
Right now I feel like the plotter is conflicting with os/or the image pase and I know
Nothing of image pass only the fiery used in color, which I was wondering if it would work
    Regardless its canon specific
    Does that make any sense?

Reasonable yes. The two devices look to be an integrated solution as I did find the attached imagePASS datasheet which confirms the job-release/print preview aspect .

hj3, couple thoughts that came to mind reading your most recent post:
    • All devices may need to be cabled first and then powered, perhaps in sequence, imagePass and then plotter, or vice versa. The SCSI interface as implemented on most non-disk devices is not hot-pluggable.
    • Confirm parallel card is installed and working properly with another printer.

Hello. Weird... I didn't get any emails stating there were more responses.

Thanks for the info. I'm waiting for a few gender changers to arrive in the mail so I could mount my monitor to the Imagepass to see if there's anything that shows up on-screen and then see how it all works out. I'll keep everyone posted. Thanks!
