I am 51, and haven't used the Pill for 20 years. I don't experience much Menopause symptoms yet. I am 5 kg overweight and tend to battle with my weight because I am insulin resistant. My new partner is younger and fertile. What pill could you recommend that would not make me gain weight or mess up my hormones too much. My periods are about 24 days apart and heavier than when I was young.

You say you don't experience much menopause symptoms so I take it you feel you are starting to go into menopause? I am not sure what pill would be good as far as birth control but they do have a hormone pill that may be helpful AmeriFit Nutrition Extra Strength Estroven® - AMERIFIT - GNC

The chances that YOU are fertile are basically zero at age 51. Out of literally billions of NATURAL births in the last 100 years, only a handful are known to have happened over 50.
Your partner's sperm is either able to impregnate or not - sperm count and motility only give odds of getting to an egg, not ability to impregnate it. And you can't know his count and motility without tests.

Your ability to menstruate doesn't determine fertility. I wouldn't take any drug.
