    Egg freezing.
Hi there, I am a gay female (27years old) living in the uk and would like to know if anyone has any help and advice on freezing eggs?

Myself and my partner (21years old) would like to have children together in a few years. I would not like to carry a child but we have both agreed that we would like for my partner to carry my child if I have my eggs frozen soon and when we are ready, to have ivf treatment.
Does anyone have any first hand experience in this area or know of any helpful information you could give me on it?
    Thanks!

I don't believe you'd have to freeze the eggs for that to happen. It could be done like any other surrogacy where one partner would receive hormonal treatment to boost egg production, they harvest, implant in the lab and place a fertilized egg(s) into the other partner's uterus.

I don't know much about the actual retrieval with freezing process but I do believe you pay a monthly/yearly charge for storage.

I see. Thank you very much for that. That would be easier but I don't want to be too old that my fertility is decreased and so jeapordise our chances. Would I be OK to do that at say, 33? So in 6 years time and still be as fertile?
Do you know what ages women are at their most fertile?
    Thanks

Women are at their most fertile in their early to mid twenties. Fertility starts to decline slowly in later twenties, and the decline increases through the thirties into the early forties. Most women who become pregnant in their mid to late forties do so with assistance.

This is certainly not to say that your partner won't be able to conceive when you are 33. As LearningAsIGo mentioned, you would be given fertility medication to increase egg production.
