46 days after any chances for pregnancy , my period miss 45 days complete so I ask you for help.
I am confused. Are you wanting to get pregnant? You seem disappointed that you have a negative test result. You only took one test? Wait a few days and take another. Make sure it's the first morning pee you test with.

When did you have sex? Before your last period? During the past 46 days?
There are multiple reasons for a period to be abnormal/missing for an individual including time of life changes, stress, extreme dieting and exercise, etc. Some women will even experience an off month or two for no reason.
You can wait a few more days and try another HPT making certain that you follow the directions and take the test first thing in the morning when urine is usually more concentrated or you can visit your doctor for a blood test.
I don't know what that means. You started seeming to say that you were 15 days late (though that's not clear). Then you say something about 46 days from chance of pregnancy. What does that mean?Quote:

If you had intercourse there is, of course, a chance you are pregnant. If you have missed a period there is a greater chance you are pregnant. But to answer whether you are pregnant or not, none of us can. You have to talk to your physician and be examined and tested to determine whether you are or not.
Relax, no need to panic, or become desperate. These things take patience so remain calm and take your tests. Its not at all unusual for pregnancy to take several months, or even years between couples. Are you married? For how long? How long have you been trying? How old are you? It's seldom an automatic thing to be pregnant. Its easier to get help when you supply feedback and information than just cry for help over, and over. We know NOTHING about you, or your situation, and cannot help without knowing much more.
Why are you so worried that you aren't pregnant? Are you being pressured to get pregnant?

Many, many couples do not become pregnant during just 3 months of trying. For many it can take a year and sometimes longer. Doctors don't even usually start thinking about testing to see if there might be a problem until a couple has tried for a year.
How are you checking for ovulation? Are you able to have frequent intercourse throughout each month? If you miss ovulation by just a short time, you won't become pregnant.
If you are not having a regular period each month, you are also not likely to be ovulating each month. Are you usually very regular with having periods? If they have been irregular in the past as well, it would be good to see your doctor. They may also do a pregnancy blood test while you are there.
You can't rush the process, relax and enjoy the trying. Did you use birth control before you started trying to get pregnant? What did you do before you started trying 3 months ago? How are you trying? Sex once or twice a month? 3 or 4 times a week?
Try keeping a Basal Temperature chart, or have medical tests to determine your ACTUAL ovulation dates. Cell phone aps or internet calendars are essentially worthless for the women who do not ovulate during the assumed schedule they use. And there are many women that do not.
3 times a month? You increase your chances if you have more sex, more FUN! :)

Sometimes a cycle may just be off, so see what happens when you would normally expect your next period. If you miss two periods in a row, see your doctor for a pregnancy blood test.

Go see your doctor for a blood test for pregnancy. If you are not pregnant, ask your doctor to try and find a reason for why you are not having your period.
