Western Australia requires parent notification for an abortion.
It also has more restrictions on reasons to get an abortion. You and a parent will have to prove a need,not just a desire.

Also sorry but death is not really a "better option" for a child, adoption would be since the child would live.

This is not something you can do on your own, you have to discuss this with your parents.

I don't know. I couldn't find any law or rules that require the doctor or hospital to report it. That doesn't mean they don't exist. Many places will require that an underage pregnancy be reported so that legalities can be dealt with.

And you really have no choice in the matter. You NEED to be under a doctor's care to ensure a healthy birth, or even if you do try for an abortion it needs to be done by a doctor. So if the doctor is required to report it they will.
